This session is designed for small businesses who are looking for assistance regarding a current issue or challenge they are facing or about to face.
A business continuity plan (BCP) is a document that consists of the critical information a business needs to continue operating during an unplanned event.
The plan can include the essential functions of the business, identify which systems and processes must be sustained, and detail how to maintain them.
Just like every business, every conversation will vary but we can discuss:
- Your immediate concerns, challenges
- Recovery actions post-disaster, or interruption to your business
This is about identifying the steps needed to move you through the stages of the interruption, the response, the recovery, and building resilience and mitigation for the future.
This session includes:
- 60 Minutes with Sam via Zoom or a phone call (on-site by arrangement )
- Two follow-up calls of 15 minutes if needed over the following week’s post-session.
This session can include referrals to health and wellness and financial advisors or providers.

So, you are considering planning a session with Sam.
How does it work?
You may have already had a conversation with Sam or reached out via email.
Once you have decided on a plan you choose it from the selections in the shop and pay for the session.
Then Sam will be in touch to set up a time that is suitable for all.
You meet via Zoom, whilst you are both working through the plan, Sam will be madly typing/ entering tasks into your plan.
Once the session is completed Sam will email you your plan.
