Sam has been perfecting her craft for nearly forty plus years.
A mix of self-taught ( photographed her small business products for years) and many photography courses.
The preferred medium is digital photography, although Sam’s training was in the darkroom with manual processing.
A return to the studio in 2020 (thanks to COVID) has reinvigorated her love of creative portraits.
allowing subjects own stories to be captured and studio works of product photography.
Her favorite subjects are still landscapes and rural shots.
Sam enjoys the interaction that she has with regional stunning landscapes
especially the very large panoramas that she creates that seem to take in the beauty and vastness of the local region.
Sam’s services focus on people, places, and products.
Sam’s works span and are not limited to:
corporate photos, headshots, holiday/tourism accommodation, private and corporate events, and product and food & wine shots for events, websites, and publications.
But sadly, no weddings. (thanks for asking.)
Sams clients have included state governments, local governments, organizations and groups, events, individuals, and all sizes of businesses.
There is not much Sam hasn’t photographed, and if she can’t help you, she has a list of local photographers that may be able to.
Sam regularly hosts workshops, judges local competitions, and is happy to answer any questions relating to cameras, equipment, or techniques for budding photographers.
